Christmas Cheesecake Topped Brownies

List of Ingredients



• 1 (21 1/2oz) pkg. brownie mix
  
• 1(8oz) pkg. cream cheese; softened
  
• 2T. butter, softened
  
• 1T. cornstarch
  
• 1(14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 1(16oz) container prepared chocolate frosting
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Prepare brownie mix according to the directions on the pkg.
   
2. Spread into prepared baking pan. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until fluffy.
   
3. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla until smooth.
   
4. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over brownie batter. Bake for 45 mins. or until top is lightly browned.
   
5. Allow to cool, spread with frosting and cut into bars.
