List of Ingredients



• 1/2c. confectioners sugar
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 1c. butter, softened
  
• 1t. vanilla extract
  
• 2 1/4c. all purpose flour
  
• 1/2c. chopped pecans
  
• confectioners sugar
  






Instructions



1. In large bowl, combine 1/2c. sugar, salt and butter;mix well.
   
2. Add extract. Gradually stir in flour. Work nuts into dough. Chill well.
   
3. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
   
4. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until set but not brown.
   
5. Roll in confectioners sugar immediately.
   
6. Cool on rack.
   
7. Roll in sugar again.
   
8. Store in airtight container.
