    • 3/4c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
    • 1/2c. Karo corn syrup
    • 2T. butter
    • 1t. ground ginger
    • 1T. lemon juice
    • ice cream


    Instructions


    1. Stir all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat over low heat 5 mins.
    2. Serve over ice cream.
