Left over Turkey

2 tablespoons butter
2 stalks celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup cooked and cubed turkey
1 1/2 cups water
1 package turkey gravy mix
1/4 milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or til tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add turkey.
4. Blend water, gravy, flour, and salt.
5. Pour over turkey.
6. Stir.
7. Bring to a boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes Serve over rice
