    List of Ingredients


    • leftover roast beef
    • leftover roast beef gravy
    • leftover potatoes, diced
    • leftover carrots, diced
    • 1 can biscuits


    Instructions


    1. Cut beef into cubes. Thin gravy with water. Combine all ingredients except biscuits.
    2. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with biscuits.
    3. Bake at 400 for 15-20 mins. until brown. Serve hot.
