- 2T. LEMON JUICE
- DASH OF GROUND GINGER
- 1/2C. SOY SAUCE
- 1t. SUGAR
- 1t. WORCESTERSHIRE
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
- DASH OR 2 TABASCO
- 2T. BOURBON ( OR SO!)
Instructions
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT IN A FLAT PAN TO MARINATE THE MEAT.
- MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
- TURN THE STEAKS OVER A FEW TIMES, WHILE MARINATING.
