Beer Marinade for Beef II

- 2c. beer
- 2T. brown sugar
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2t. onion salt
- 1/2t. dry mustard
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place meat in a plastic bag and pour 1/2 or the marinade over meat.
- Close and marinate in refrigerator for 12-24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain.
- Use remaining 1/2 marinade to baste while grilling. Use this for steaks or roasts.
