    Red Wine Marinade for Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. dry red wine
    • 2 c. water
    • 1/2c. coarse salt
    • 1/2c. packed light brown sugar
    • 1T. chopped fresh rosemary leaves


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the salt and sugar are dissolved.
    2. The marinade will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    3. TRY THIS: Marinate pork or beef ribs, covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 hrs., then smoke or indirect grill.
