    Teriyaki Marinade for Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3c. water
    • 1/3c. brown sugar
    • 1/3c. soy sauce
    • 1t. crushed garlic
    • 1/2t. ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. In med. bowl, mix water, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and cinnamon.
    2. Place meat in mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hrs. before grilling.
    3. Makes: 1c.
