    Teriyaki Steak Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4c. steak sauce
    • 1/4c. sherry
    • 3T. light brown sugar
    • 3T. soy sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    • 1/2t. black pepper


    Instructions


    1. In med. bowl, mix steak sauce, sherry, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.
    2. Place steak in mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hrs. before grilling.
    3. Makes: 1 1/2 c.
