List of Ingredients



• 1 (10 3/4) can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 1/3c. dry bread crumbs
  
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  
• 1T. oil
  
• 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  






Instructions



1. mix throughly 1/4c. soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg
   
2. shape firmly into 4 patties
   
3. heat oil.
   
4. cook patties until brown.
   
5. pour off fat.
   
6. add remaining soup and mushrooms
   
7. heat to a boil.
   
8. cover and cook over low heat 10 mins. or until done.
