Banana Crumb Cake

List of Ingredients



• 3/4c. packed brown sugar
  
• 1 1/4c. flour
  
• 1/2t. nutmeg
  
• 1/3c. butter
  
• 1/3c. chopped nuts
  
• 1/2t. cinnamon
  
• 3/4c. mashed bananas
  
• 1/4c. orange juice
  
• 1 large egg
  






Instructions



1. Combine brown sugar, flour and nutmeg in bowl. Mix well.
   
2. Add butter. Microwave on high for 20-25 seconds or until butter is softened.
   
3. Mix with fork until crumbly. Remove 1/3c. crumbs to smaller bowl.
   
4. Add nuts and cinnamon, mix well. Add bananas, orange juice, and egg.
   
5. Mix well. Pour batter into 9 inch cake pan. Microwave on med. uncovered 6-7 mins. or until edges are set.
   
6. Then microwave on high 2 1/2 -3 mins. until center is not doughy.
   
7. Serve.
