    Caramelized Apple Bites

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 caramels, unwrapped and chopped
    • 2T. light corn syrup
    • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced


    Instructions


    1. In a medium microwave safe bowl, place the caramels and syrup.
    2. Microwave on high approximately 30 seconds, until melted.
    3. Place apples in the bowl and toss to coat. Allow to cool before serving.
    4. Makes: 4 servings.
