    2 1/2 lbs. chicken drumsticks and/or thighs
    2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    Remove skin from chicken. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. On waxed paper, combine crumbs and remaining ingredients. Brush chicken with mayonnaise mixture and coat with crumb mixture.
    In 9x13 inch baking dish, cook chicken covered with waxed paper, on high 11 to 13 minutes until no longer pink, rearranging halfway through cooking. Stand 3 minutes.
