    Microwave White Wine Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/4c. butter
    • 1/4c. flour
    • pinch each of salt, pepper, nutmeg
    • 1/2c. chicken stock
    • 1/2c. white wine
    • 1c. cream
    • 1t. minced onion


    1. Melt butter on high for 20-30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.
    2. Cook on high about 3-5 mins. or until thickened, stirring, carefully after each minute.
    3. Serve: over chicken or any vegetable.
