Microwave White Wine Sauce

- 1/4c. butter
- 1/4c. flour
- pinch each of salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 1/2c. chicken stock
- 1/2c. white wine
- 1c. cream
- 1t. minced onion
Instructions
- Melt butter on high for 20-30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.
- Cook on high about 3-5 mins. or until thickened, stirring, carefully after each minute.
- Serve: over chicken or any vegetable.
