Potato Soup

List of Ingredients



• 3c. cubed potatoes
  
• 1/2c. water
  
• 1/4c. finely chopped onion
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1 1/2c. milk
  
• 2T. flour
  






Instructions



1. Combine potatoes, onion, salt, and water in a 2 qt. glass casserole dish.
   
2. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
   
3. Microwave on high for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
   
4. Blend flour with 1/2c. of water to make a smooth paste. Stir in 1 1/2c. milk.
   
5. Stir into potato mixture. Continue cooking on high for 4-5 minutes until thick.
