- 16 oz. frozen hash browns
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 4 oz. Velveeta, diced
Instructions
- Spray a 1 1/2 qt. microwave safe casserole dish. Place potatoes and stewed tomatoes (undrained) in the dish and stir.
- Microwave, covered, on high for about 6-8 mins. stirring once during cooking.
- Stir in Velveeta, continue cooking for another 4 mins. stirring once.
- Yield: 4-6 servings
