    Great for seafood.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. softened butter
    • 1/2t. each of basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram
    • 1T. lemon zest
    • 3T. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Blend the ingredients together. Place on a sheet of waxed paper and roll together.
    2. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove waxed paper and slice.
