Frosted Brownies

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
2 large eggs
3 packet (1 ounce each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Choco Bake Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
FUDGE FROSTING
3 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
1 packet (1 ounce) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Choco Bake Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 FOR BROWNIES:
2 COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
3 Beat sugar, butter, eggs, Choco Bake and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy.
4 Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5 Stir in nuts.
6 Spread into greased 8-inch-square baking pan.
7 BAKE in preheated 350° F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in
8 center comes out still slightly sticky.
9 Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
10 Spread with Fudge Frosting.
11 FOR FUDGE FROSTING:
12 BEAT butter, Choco Bake, milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until well blended.
13 Gradually beat in powdered sugar until creamy.
