    • 2T. flour
    • 2T. mustard (grain)
    • vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Thin first two ingredients with vinegar to make paste. Scrape on cloth and put on chest.
    2. Check each 5 minutes. When chest turns pink, remove.
    3. If left longer it will blister.
