    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients

    • 3 to 4 lb. pork loin back ribs
    • 3/4c. ketchup
    • 3/4c. water
    • 2T. vinegar
    • 2T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1t. paprika
    • 1t. chili powder
    • 1/2t. black pepper
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 1/4 to 1/2t. cayenne pepper
    • 2 med. onions, finely chopped


    1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. In a large shallow roasting pan, place ribs, bone side down.
    2. Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 1 hour. Carefully drain off liquid in roasting pan.
    3. Meanwhile, in a med. bowl combine ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt and cayeen pepper.
    4. Stir in onions. Pour mixture over ribs. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes longer or until ribs are tender, spooning sauce over ribs once.
    5. Pass sauce with ribs.
    6. Makes:6 servings.
