List of Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. pork loin back ribs
- 3/4c. ketchup
- 3/4c. water
- 2T. vinegar
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1t. paprika
- 1t. chili powder
- 1/2t. black pepper
- 1/4t. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2t. cayenne pepper
- 2 med. onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cut ribs into serving size pieces. In a large shallow roasting pan, place ribs, bone side down.
- Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 1 hour. Carefully drain off liquid in roasting pan.
- Meanwhile, in a med. bowl combine ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt and cayeen pepper.
- Stir in onions. Pour mixture over ribs. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes longer or until ribs are tender, spooning sauce over ribs once.
- Pass sauce with ribs.
- Makes:6 servings.
