    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 stiff beaten egg whites


    Instructions


    1. Cook sugar, water to soft ball stage (236)degrees. Gradually add to whites, beating till mixture forms peaks. Frosts tops, sides of two 8 inch layers.
