    1 can sliced potatoes
1 pkg beef stew seasoning mix.
    3 cups of water

Cook for 30 min. then add 1 pkg frozen peas & carrots

Here's how to make meatballs from scratch, use a meatloaf recipe, form into balls and roll in flour and brown in 2 Tblsp oil. Cook on low heat till cooked on the inside.
Cooking Tip: If you have a pressure cooker, pork or beef will cook quicker.

    Crockpot Idea
Put the beef in the crockpot with a little water in the morning and let it cook on low all day. Cook the potatoes in a pot till done, and then add what you cooked in the crockpot to them.
