    October Spiced Caramel Rolls

    List of Ingredients

    1 stick butter
    1/2c. chopped pecans
    2 dozen frozen yeast dinner rolls made into balls
    1/2tsp. orange zest
    1 package regular butterscotch pudding
    3/4c. brown sugar
    1tsp. cinnamon
    1/2tsp. ginger
    1/2tsp allspice
    1/3c. golden raisins


    Generously grease a 9X13-inch pan with some of the butter. Melt remaining butter and set aside. Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan. Arrange frozen dough balls over nuts. In a bowl combine butterscotch pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and orange zest until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle evenly over dough balls. Sprinkle raisins between dough balls. Drizzle melted butter over all. Let sit uncovered on counter overnight. Next morning bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Immediately turn out on a platter or serving dish.
