    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
    • 2T. evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
    • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 3T. melted butter or margarine
    • 2T. dark molasses
    • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Cream together peanut butter and sugar; beat in milk. Shape into a 1 inch roll.
    2. Combine pecans, coconut, 1/3 cup cracker crumbs, melted butter ,molasses.
    3. Pat mixture around roll. Roll in 1/4 cup cracker crumbs. Wrap in waxed paper; chill.
    4. Slice. Makes 25 to 30 pieces.
