    Porcupine Meat Balls

    1950's better homes and gardens cookbook

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1/2 cup rice
    • 1t. salt
    • 1/2t. pepper
    • 1T. chopped onion
    • 1 (10 1/2 or 11oz) can condensed tomato soup
    • 1/2 cup water


    1. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape in small balls.
    2. Blend soup and water; heat in your pressure pan till the mixture begins to simmer.
    3. Add the meat balls. Cook at 15 pounds pressure 10 minutes.
    4. Allow the pressure to go down normally.
    5. Makes: 4 to 6 servings.
