    Tuna Celery Bake

    1950's better homes and gardens cookbook


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 6oz. package egg noodles
    • 1 (10 1/2 or 11oz) can condensed celery soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1(6 1/2 or 7oz) can tuna, flaked
    • 1/3 cup buttered crumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated American cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
    2. Combine soup and milk.
    3. Alternate layers of noodles and tuna in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour soup mixture over tuna and noodles.
    4. Top with buttered crumbs and grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350) 20 minutes.
    5. Garnish with stuffed olive slices and parsley.
    6. Makes: 6 servings.
