    Recipe Introduction


    Tastes just as delicious when made with Broccoli Cheese Soup or new Golden Corn Soup.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Campbell's condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
    • 1/3c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    • 2T. chopped green onion
    • Generous dash pepper
    • 3c. stiff, seasoned mashed potatoes


    Instructions


    1. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole, combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper.
    2. Stir in potatoes until blended. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until hot and bubbling.
    3. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onion, if desired.
    4. Makes: about 4 1/2 c. or 8 servings.
    5. Prep time: 10 mins.
    6. Cook time: 30 mins.
    7. Crumb-Topped Potato Bake: Prepare Cheddar-Potato Bake as directed above. In small bowl, combine 2T. dry bread crumbs, 1T. butter, melted, and 1/4t. paprika.
    8. In step 2, sprinkle bread crumb mixture over potato mixture before baking.
    9. Note: This recipe can be prepared on top of the range. In 2 qt. saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper.
    10. Stir in potatoes until blended. Over low heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
