Three-Cheese Pasta Bake

Recipe Introduction
Mostaccioli are large, 2 inch long macaroni tubes, with smooth or ridged surfaces, that are cut on a diagonal.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 3/4c. milk
- 1/4t. pepper
- 1c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6c. cooked mostaccioli or ziti (about 3c. dry)
- 2T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2T. dry bread crumbs
- 1T. butter, melted
- Fresh parsley sprig and tomato slices for garnish
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Add mostaccioli; toss gently to coat. Spoon into 2 qt. oblong baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pasta mixture. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle crumb mixture in rows over cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 35 mins. or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with parsley and tomato, if desired.
- Makes: about 6c. or 6 servings
- Prep time: 25 mins.
- Cook time: 35 mins.
- Prepare Three Cheese Pasta Bake as directed above, except in step 1, reduce shredded mozzarella cheese to 3/4c. and add 1/2c. shredded smoked Edam or smoked Gouda.
