Angel Hair Pasta w/ Tomato & Basil Sauce

• 7 medium tomatoes, chopped
  
• 8 oz. angel hair pasta
  
• 3T. olive oil
  
• 1/3c. basil
  
• 1/3c. parsley
  
• 2 scallions, minced
  
• salt and pepper
  






Instructions



1. Cook and drain pasta. In a bowl combine pasta with tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
