    Buttered Parmesan Noodles

    List of Ingredients


    • 5oz. (2 1/2c.) uncooked wide egg noodles
    • 2-3 T. butter
    • 1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 1/2t. chopped fresh parsley or 1t. dried


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles as directed on pkg. Drain; cover to keep warm.
    2. In same saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Gently stir in noodles.
    3. Add cheese and parsley; toss to coat.
    4. Makes: 5 servings
