    • 2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 crushed clove garlic
    • 1(1lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    • 8oz. shell macaroni
    • 1(1/2 lb.) pkg. sliced provolone cheese
    • 2 med. onions, chopped
    • 1-15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1-3oz. can sliced mushrooms
    • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    • 1(1/2 lb.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook ground beef in a little oil in large skillet, until brown, drain.
    2. Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms. Mix well.
    3. Simmer 20 mins. or until onions are soft. Meanwhile, cook shells according to pkg. directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
    4. Pour half the shells into a deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 the tomato meat mixture.
    5. Spread 1/2 the sour cream over sauce. Top with slices of Provolone cheese.
    6. Repeat, ending with slices of mozzarella cheese. Cover casserole.
    7. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. Remove cover; bake until mozzarella melts and slightly browns.
    8. Serves:8
