    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz. elbow macaroni
    • 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1/4c. chopped onion
    • 1/4c. chopped green pepper
    • 2T. flour
    • 16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
    • 1/2c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1/4t. dried crushed sweet basil
    • 1/8t. leaf oregano
    • 3/4t. salt
    • 1/8t. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook macaroni, following directions on pkg. Rinse in cold water; drain.
    2. Brown beef, onion and green pepper in skillet. Stir in flour.
    3. Add tomatoes and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in cheese, seasonings and macaroni.
    4. Spoon into buttered 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until hot and golden brown.
