    • 1 EGG
    • 2T. MILK
    • 1T. PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1/8t. SALT
    • DASH PEPPER
    • 3/4C. RIGATONI (2OZ)
    • 6 OZ. ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    • 1t. PARSLEY
    • PARMESAN CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IN A BOWL COMBINE EGG, MILK, 1T. CHEESE, SALT, PEPPER UNTIL COMBINED. COOK RIGATONI ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS, DRAIN.
    2. IN SKILLET COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL BROWN. BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES.
    3. ADD COOKED RIGATONI AND TOSS WITH SAUSAGE UNTIL WARM.
    4. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
    5. POUR EGG MIXTURE INTO SKILLET AND TOSS UNTIL PASTA IS COATED AND HEAT.
    6. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND CHEESE.
