    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (26 oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1c. milk
    • 1c. Chunky Salsa
    • 3c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    • 6c. hot cooked elbow macaroni
    • 1c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup, milk, salsa, cheese, and pasta in 3 qt. shallow baking dish.
    2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir.
    3. Top with chips. Bake 5 minutes more.
    4. Serves 8 as a main dish or 12 as a side dish.
