Ranchero Macaroni Bake

List of Ingredients
- 1 can (26 oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1c. milk
- 1c. Chunky Salsa
- 3c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 6c. hot cooked elbow macaroni
- 1c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix soup, milk, salsa, cheese, and pasta in 3 qt. shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir.
- Top with chips. Bake 5 minutes more.
- Serves 8 as a main dish or 12 as a side dish.
