    • 1 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 1C. CHOPPED ONIONS
    • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
    • 1-28 OZ. CAN TOMATOES, CUT UP
    • 1-15 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE
    • 1-4OZ. CAN MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
    • 2t. SUGAR
    • 1 1/2t. OREGANO
    • 1t. SALT
    • 1t. BASIL
    • 8 OZ. SPAGHETTI, BROKEN, COOKED, DRAINED
    • 1-2 C. SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    • 1/3C. PARMESAN CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IN A DUTCH OVEN COOK GROUND BEEF, ONION, AND GARLIC TIL DONE. DRAIN.
    2. STIR IN TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, MUSHROOMS, SUGAR, OREGANO, SALT, BASIL.
    3. BRING TO A BOIL. BOIL GENTLY FOR 20-25 MINS. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
    4. REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN COOKED SPAGHETTI.
    5. PLACE 1/2 OF THE MIXTURE IN 13X9X2 DISH.
    6. SPRINKLE WITH MOZZARELLA.
    7. TOP WITH REMAINING SAUCE, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN.
    8. BAKE AT 375 FOR 30 MINS.
    9. MAKES 12 SERVINGS.
