    • 1 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 1/2t. PEPPER
    • 1T. OIL
    • 2C. SPAGHETTI SAUCE, DIVIDED
    • 1T. ONION POWDER
    • 1C. MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    • 1t. SALT
    • 1 PKG. MANICOTTI SHELLS


    Instructions


    1. COOK AND DRAIN SHELLS. COOK BEEF IN OIL. DRAIN.

    2. STIR IN ONION POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER.

    3. STIR 1C. OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE TO MIXTURE AND COOL. SET ASIDE.

    4. RESERVE 1/2C. OF THE GROUND BEEF MIXTURE. COMBINE REMAINING BEEF WITH CHEESE.

    5. STUFF INTO SHELLS. ARRANGE IN GREASED PAN.

    6. COMBINE REMAINING SAUCE WITH RESERVED BEEF.

    7. BLEND WELL. POUR OVER SHELLS.

    8. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20-30 MINS. OR UNTIL HOT.



    Final Comments


    I LIKE TO USE REAL ONION AND COOK IT WITH GROUND BEEF. THEN DRAIN. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAMILY'S FAVORITES. THERE'S ONLY 3 OF US AND I USE 7 SHELLS. THAT'S PLENTY FOR THIS RECIPE.
