    List of Ingredients


    • 8oz. pkg. noodles
    • 2-3T. bacon fat or butter


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes.
    2. Drain well. Heat fat in a skillet, add noodles and saute, turning frequently until delicately browned.
    3. Servings: 5-7
