    List of Ingredients


    • 2T. cornstarch
    • 1/2c. water
    • 1T. butter
    • 6 pork chops
    • 1 can French Onion Soup
    • 2T. packed brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Mix cornstarch and water. Melt butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
    2. Add soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 mins. or until done.
    3. Remove chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture.
    4. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
    5. Serve over chops. Serves: 4-6
