    • 1 LB. PORK TENDERLOIN, SLICED 2 INCH THICK
    • 4 MED. CARROTS, SLICED 1 INCH THICK
    • 3 STALKS CELERY, SLICED 1 INCH THICK
    • 1 SMALL ONION SLICED 1/8 INCH THICK
    • 1/2t. GINGER
    • 1/4t. SALT
    • 1/4t. PEPPER
    • 1/4t. SAGE
    • 3T. HONEY
    • 2T. LEMON JUICE
    • 1t. LIQUID SMOKE
    • 1/2t. GARLIC


    Instructions


    1. IN SKILLET MELT BUTTER UNTIL SIZZLING.
    2. ADD PORK AND CARROTS, COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED.
    3. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
    4. COVER, COOK, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE CRISPLY TENDER.
