    List of Ingredients


    • pork steak (1 skilletful)
    • 1 1/2c. ketchup
    • 1/2c. brown sugar
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cut away most of fat from pork steaks and cut into serving pieces.
    2. Salt and pepper. Brown meat in electric skillet for few minutes and then put on lid and cook for a few more minutes. Drain.
    3. Make mixture of ketchup and sugar (enough to cover meat), then pour over meat.
    4. Cook on low (200-250) for about an hour, turning several times until sauce is cooked into meat and meat is tender.
