Beer Potatoes

• 1 lb. bacon, diced
  
• 3 lb. small red potatoes, sliced with skins on
  
• 1 lb. sweet onion, sliced thin
  
• 1 cube butter, sliced
  
• 1 can beer
  






Instructions



1. Grease a large baking pan. Layer bacon, potatoes, onion and butter.
   
2. Pour beer over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
