Cheese Potato Scallop

List of Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes, sliced
- 1/4c. butter
- 3/4c. chopped onion
- 1/4c. flour
- 1/4t. salt
- 1t. Worcestershire sauce
- 3c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2c. cracker crumbs
- 1/8c. butter
Instructions
- Cook potatoes; drain. Melt 1/4 c. butter in large saucepan.
- Add onion; saute until tender. Blend in flour, salt and worchestershire. Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Boil 1 min.
- Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place potatoes in an 11x7x1 1.2 inch dish.
- Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs that have been combined with 1/8c. butter.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
