    1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
    2 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe




    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Scrub potatoes and pat dry.

    3. Cut each potato lengthwise to make eight wedges.

    4. Combine butter and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend in small saucepan and heat until butter is melted.

    5. Dip potato wedges in butter mixture, turning to coat all sides.

    6. Arrange potato wedges cut side down in a single layer in 15 x 10 inch (38X25cm) jelly-roll pan.

    7. Spoon remaining butter mixture over potatoes.

    8. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

    9. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and edges are crisp.

    10. Drain on paper towels.
