List of Ingredients



• 1/4c. melted butter
  
• 7c. thinly sliced potatoes
  
• 1t. finely chopped garlic
  
• 1/4c. finely minced onion
  
• 1t. salt
  
• 1c. Swiss cheese
  
• 1/2t. pepper
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1c. milk
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 425. Combine potatoes, butter, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Mix well.
   
2. Place in dish, cover, cook 10 mins. Scald milk, then add to potatoes, cook, uncovered 20 mins.
   
3. Add cheese and egg and mix well. Cook 10 mins. or so.
