Onion Roasted Potatoes

• 1 env. Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
  
• 2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
  
• 1/3c. oil
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 450. Add all ingredients to a large plastic bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
   
2. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
   
3. Bake stirring occasionally for 40 mins. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
   
4. Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
