1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Classic Italiano Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil, divided
3 Tbsp. (45mL) Romano cheese
1 tsp (5mL) instant chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. (15mL) hot water
1 1/2 lb (679g) baking potatoes, sliced, unpeeled Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Coat baking dish with 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil.
3. Combine remaining olive oil with Mrs. Dash® Classic Italiano, Parmesan cheese and dissolved bouillon in large bowl; mix well.
4. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
5. Place seasoned potatoes in prepared dish.
6. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
