2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup (60mL) olive oil
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) pieces
2 medium red peppers, seeded and cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) pieces
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
3. Add potatoes and stir until well coated with mixture.
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and stir in red pepper pieces.
6. Return the sheet to the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork
