Baked Chicken in Honey Sauce

List of Ingredients



• 1 (4lb) chicken, cut up
  
• 1/4c. butter
  
• 1/4c. honey
  
• 1/4c. orange juice
  
• 2T. lemon juice
  
• 1T. mustard
  
• 1t. salt
  
• 1t. curry powder
  
• 1t. cornstarch
  
• 1T. cold water
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in baking dish. Add honey, orange and lemon juice, mustard, salt and curry. Mix well.
   
2. Coat chicken. Bake 30 mins. turn , bake 30 mins.
   
3. Heat honey sauce. Combine cornstarch and water, add to sauce and boil. Cook until thick and clear.
   
4. Drizzle over chicken and serve with rice.
