    • 1/2c. lemon juice
    • 1/4c. hot pepper sauce
    • 3T. Cajun seasoning
    • 2 lb. fresh chicken
    • 1 gallon zippered storage bag


    Instructions


    1. Combine liquid ingredients and spices in bag to create marinade. Mix well.
    2. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
    3. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, bake, or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked.
    4. Refrigerate leftovers.
